I bought my first Macintosh (indeed, the first computer I ever bought, for that matter) in 1984. Yes, it was the first Mac, and I got an incredible deal by going to a training course put on by Apple on selling the Mac. By virtue of completing the training, I got a shiny (well, beige, actually) new Mac 128K, a cool padded carrying case, and an ImageWriter printer for $1,000! This was less then 50% of the retail price, so I couldn't resist.
Over the years, I sold my old Macs, upgraded to new ones (I even got one FREE— a Mac IIcx— in a sales contest that Apple sponsored) and Macs were (for the most part) the only computers in our household.
Professionally, I helped lots of customers (companies large and small, K-12 and higher education, state and local government) over the years use Macs to optimum effectiveness. Macs weren't the only computers I have helped customers select, acquire, deploy, network, etc.— but I always had a special ability (and preference) to help them use Macs to their greatest potential.
Recently, I decided to explore the idea of offering my expertise in this arena to Indiana-based SMBs (small-to-medium businesses), and thus "Windows-to-Mac Solutions" (or "Win-2-Mac") was born.
Still in its infancy, I am working to garner interest in the Indianapolis-area SMB community, and help likely candidates in making the switch to Mac an easier one than it would be without my help.
